Salon Policies
Booking Policy
All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by phone. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but we recommend scheduling ahead to ensure your preferred time slot.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Late Arrival Policy
We understand that life happens. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule to accommodate other clients. Please contact us if you're running late.
Deposit & Payment Policy
Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and digital payments.
No-Show Policy
Missed appointments without prior notice may result in a no-show fee. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings. We value your time and ours.
Gift Card Policy
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards may be used toward any service at Shining Beauty Lashes and do not expire.
